Landmark appears to be associated with Apple Express Calgary. Company is a complete joke, ordered an item and after a failed delivery after the guaranteed delivery time, LIED and said the package was refused and are now returning to sender. To those considering using these broken idiots to move an item somewhere: don't.
They have previously delivered items that I never ordered from Amazon and yesterday I watched as a driver in an unmarked car threw a light bulb package that I had ordered from the street to my front deck with no attempt to ring the doorbell or conceal the package. They have no published phone number but the 411 rating site lists it as 403-274-4408 I have called several times but there is no answer and no answering machine. When trying to call and speak to someone they do not answer their phones or return voice mails I needed to send a valuable item from the UK to the US early January and to be frank, I'd have had more chance of it getting there if I'd nailed it to a cabbage and just thrown it down a well. I’ve had an absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.
Then it went to the Hermes Weybridge warehouse where it didn’t move for over a week.
So then I was told it had gone to the Landmark depot near Heathrow and it would be on its way, though it could take 2 weeks. I’m presently awaiting compensation from Parcel2Go, it’s the only time I’ve ever taken out insurance, thank goodness for some things.
Thank you landmark global for saving my sons christmas.
/ Are you people WANTING to have your business shut down?
(Very little more than royal mail we're going to charge me)I received my confirmation email with my tracking number. For a week I chewed my nails, rang them again, and they very patiently assured me that it was in transit, and that it would arrive very soon.
On christmas eve i got word that it had arrived in china, and only a few hours later, that it had been delivered!
The second to the same address in Germany which after 2 months was returned to me as an incorrect address, Interparcel wanted me to pay for its return but as they had successfully delivered to the same address they couldn't argue with that and it was returned free of charge.
The third is still current, at the moment somewhere in Italy, thankfully my customer has put in some time phoning various postal companies in Italy and has been advised that it has two mistakes in the address including no house number. This parcel had the correct address upon collection so has been re-labelled at some point.
